Mr. Surendra Silwal

Deputy Managing Director

With over 30 years of experience with Gorkha Brewery Mr. Silwal led the functions of Financial Management as CFO, Corporate Affairs, Tax & Revenue Management. In addition, he oversees the Industrial Relations function of the Brewery. He started his career with Gorkha Brewery in the year 1992 and holds a master’s degree in Business Studies from Tribhuvan University, Nepal.

Sales Director

Mr. Subba brings with him more than 30 years of experience as a sales professional with Gorkha Brewery. He started his career at Gorkha Brewery in 1992 and has held different positions in the sales department hierarchy throughout his career and has thorough and practical experience in Sales Management. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from Pokhara University, Nepal

Ms. Shanta Shova Tuladhar

HR Director

Ms. Tuladhar has been with Gorkha Brewery for over 20 years managing the Human Resource functions. She has been involved in establishing the HR department full-fledged and embedding the HR values in the Company. In addition to HR, she also leads the overall administrative function of the Company. She joined Gorkha Brewery in 2002 and holds an MBA form Kathmandu University, Nepal.

Mr. Amar Baidya

Director - Customer Supply Chain

Mr. Baidya joined Gorkha Brewery in 2005 in the Finance department. He moved to India to work as a Business Controller during the initial set up of the business in Carlsberg India.  Amar held the position of Regional Projects Manager for South Asia, working together with Carlsberg India team. He also briefly deputed to Malawi to oversee the business closure. Amar, at one time also led the Gorkha Brewery's strategic development initiatives as the Strategic Planning and Control Manager. He now leads the Customer Supply Chain function. He holds an MBA from Kathmandu University, Nepal.

Marketing Director

With more than 24 years of experience in Gorkha Brewery and other Carlsberg owned businesses, Mr. Bista brings with him seasoned expertise in the field of Marketing, Business Development and Sales.With an MBA Degree from Symbiosis institute of Management India,he joined Gorkha Brewery in the year 1999 as Brand Managerand has held senior positions in the Marketing department.He has led the Marketing function as well as the Sales function of Gorkha Brewery as Head of the department and has the experience of working in the leading positions in the Marketing department in Carlsberg Myanmar and Carlsberg India.

Corporate Affairs Director

With over 30 years with Gorkha Brewery Mr. Adhikari has extensive experience in Accounts and Financial Management discipline and has held various positions in Finance & Accounts department. Prior to moving into Corporate Affairs function in 2017, he held the position of General Manager Finance. He joined Gorkha Brewery in the year 1992 and hold a Degree in Commerce from Tribhuvan University
