January 15, 2025 – Carlsberg held its first town hall meeting of the year, setting the tone for an exciting and ambitious 2025. The session, which took place in-person as well as virtual, was a dynamic and inspiring gathering, showcasing the company’s collective energy and commitment to excellence.

The meeting, the first of many planned for the year, focused on a variety of key agendas aimed at aligning all teams with Carlsberg’s vision for continued growth and success. Gorkha Brewery/Carlsberg’s Group Nepal leadership team (LT) provided valuable insights into the company’s strategic goals and the key initiatives for 2025.

With a strong emphasis on collaboration and innovation, the town hall encouraged employees to push boundaries, think creatively, and continue brewing excellence in every aspect of the business. The leadership team answered numerous questions from employees, offering transparency and clarity on a wide range of topics.
